This policy explains how Beexar (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us through it. Beexar supplies branded casino games to gaming operators, so this site is aimed at businesses rather than players — we do not operate games for the public here and we do not process player or gameplay data through it.
What we collect
Information you give us
If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, company name, company type, email address, an optional job title, an optional messenger handle and an optional message. Nothing on the form is required beyond what is marked with an asterisk, and you decide how much to put in the free-text field — please do not include sensitive information there.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever the message contains.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, this one is delivered by a web server that keeps standard access logs. These records typically include your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the referring page and your browser and operating system version. We use them to serve the site, diagnose faults and protect against abuse — not to build a profile of you.
Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — which pages get visited, how people move between them, and where they leave. It is configured to store an anonymous visitor identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage so that repeat visits are counted as one person rather than several.
When a contact form is submitted, we also record that submission in PostHog together with what was entered — name, company, company type, job title, email address, messenger handle and message — so that enquiries can be matched to the visit they came from. If sending fails, the same record is kept with the reason, so we can tell that an enquiry never reached us.
This is product analytics, not advertising. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, we do not sell what PostHog collects, and we do not use it to build profiles for marketing. Analytics data is stored on PostHog's EU infrastructure. We do not enable session recording; if we ever do, form inputs will remain masked.
We configure PostHog to honour Do Not Track, so if your browser sends that signal it is set not to record your activity. You can also block analytics outright with any content blocker, or clear the cookie and local storage entry whenever you like — the site works exactly the same either way. Apart from this one identifier, no cookies are set: fonts are served from our own domain and we embed no third-party widgets.
Why we use your data, and on what basis
- To answer you. We use contact form and email data to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss working together. The basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To run and secure the site. We use server logs to keep the site available, investigate errors and detect abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
- To see how the site performs. We use PostHog analytics to measure traffic and improve the pages. The basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our own website, balanced against the limited, non-advertising nature of what is collected and the opt-outs described above.
- To meet legal obligations. Where a law requires us to keep or disclose certain records, the basis is compliance with that legal obligation.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing emails to addresses collected through this form unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and under contract — our hosting and email providers, and PostHog for the analytics described above. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in a country other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on legally recognised safeguards for the transfer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case the conversation continues or a dispute arises. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted or aggregated. When data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, we delete it. You can ask us to erase your enquiry sooner — see below.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people at Beexar who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it;
- complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows, and we may need to verify your identity first.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals in the gaming industry and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Our pages link to sites we do not control, such as our documentation and our social media profiles. Following those links takes you outside this policy — please read the privacy policy of whichever site you land on.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top always shows when it was last revised, and any material change will be reflected here before it takes effect.
